Go bag, man sack, man purse, whatever you want to call it, I first got the idea to post what I carry around day-to-day from the Lifehacker site. That was several months ago, and now that I've received my new Flash on the Beach TimBuk2 bag (thanks Ted!), I decided to reveal the contents of my bag.

@Ben, @Andy, ya'll should blog what you carry in your bags. I love getting ideas on new things to carry (like the infamous survival pack in an Altoid's can).

Haha, I still beat you on this one :-)

You may have few iPhones more than I have ( actually I have none, I just have 3 simple phones that anyway I hate carry with me, ummm ) and one laptop plus, but I have 3-4 chocolate bars with me all the time, deo, perfume , shower gel ( actually all the set, you never know where you may end up when traveling ) my photo camera and its charger, two 2 GB USB sticks, my windows CD and drivers CD. Ummm, I think I may have more, but I do not remember now and I am too lazy to go search.

Cheers,
Mihai

How far do you travel to carry all this? I usually have about half of that: Laptop, power supply, travel mouse, personal phone, work phone, Front Row Remote, biro, pad, and nano + headphones, wireless network detector, and VGA to DVI adapter.

Andy, I carry the bag from my house to my garage (attached) and from the parking lot into work. Not very far at all. However, when I travel (which is relatively often) I carry the same stuff. Sometimes I carry two bags - one TimBuk2 bag for each of the MacBook Pro's. It just depends on the trip.
